Preparation of purchases, sales, mortgages, refinances, discharges of mortgage, and all types of transfers including: fee simple, court ordered, co-op housing, manufactured homes, leasehold property, estates, etc. Not offering indigenous land transfers at this time.

Preparation of statutory declarations of all types, modifications of mortgage, priority agreements, etc.

Preparation of corrections to title (including: incorrect names, addresses, etc.) and corrections for land title defect notices.

All documents are prepared using Prosuite or EConveyance conveyancing software.

Depending on the needs of your law firm, Jay Convey can complete the file from start to finish (with the exception of contacting the client, printing/organizing the file for signing, and preparing trust cheques), or can complete portions of a file as required.
